Who are we?
TailorED was founded by two instructional coaches that were tired of seeing educators lose their passion and burn out. We came to work everyday with the feeling that there had to be something more we could be doing or providing. In today’s world, the academic gaps are growing and the demands on educators are rising. As two educators ourselves, we know the stress and pressure of your job!
Our goal is to tailor school and district wide support programs, customized resources, coaching sessions, and advice to minimize your stress and workload while maximizing your time and effectiveness. Our experience as instructional coaches, classroom teachers, reading specialists, administrative designees and adjunct professors gives us a large toolbox of experiences, resources and strategies that can be tailored to fit your needs.
