Hey there—we’re Sarah and Andra, two former public school educators turned leadership supporters, principal cheerleaders, and your hosts for PLAN. LEAD. SUCCEED.
We’ve spent years in education—coaching teachers, supporting school districts, leading professional development, and working side-by-side with school leaders. Through it all, one thing became crystal clear: principals are often the ones holding everything together, yet they’re also the ones most often left without real support.
That’s why we started Tailored Education, where we help schools grow stronger from the inside out—through hands-on professional development and coaching for teachers, leadership teams, and especially new educators. And when we saw how many principals were still going it alone, we launched The Principal Exchange—a platform dedicated to helping school leaders get the tools, ideas, and community they deserve.
